• Standard hire is 3 days, longer periods available on request.
  • 50% of the total hire costs, including 50% of any transport costs, are required at the time of booking. This is non-refundable if you cancel.
  • The remaining balance is due 7 days prior to your event.
  • Orders may not be reduced after final payment.
  • A refundable cash deposit to the value of the order is required on delivery to cover for any breakages during the hire period. You will be notified of any missing items within 48 hours of pick up. Your deposit will be returned within 7 days.
  • We take no responsibility for any injuries caused through breakages during the hire period.
  • The customer is responsible for Long Toms goods during the hire period from drop off until pick up
  • Please place hire items in the original boxes provided, ready for pick up at a pre-arranged time.
  • Delivery is free of charge within a 10-mile radius of ST15 please call for a quotation outside this area.
